Re: Water coming out of overflow on boiler. Water boils at a higher temperature when it's under pressure, so though you probably don't need to operate the boiler at 210 it's not a safety issue so much as a fuel economy issue. Pressure should be between 12 and 15 lbs, so that's normal also.
